Double Victory for BIT Wardha at National Research Conference

Wardha, May 17, 2024 – In a stellar display of academic excellence, two teams of the Civil Engineering Department from Bajaj Institute of Technology (BIT), Wardha, have jointly clinched the ‘Best Paper Award’ at the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering, Science, and Technology. The national-level conference, held on May 17, 2024, organized by Manoharbhai Patel Institute of Engineering & Technology, attracted approximately 50 teams from across India, all competing to showcase their pioneering research in the fields of engineering, science, and technology.

The event, which focused on emerging trends in 2024, provided a platform for young researchers and academicians to present their innovative ideas and findings. The competition was fierce, with teams from various prestigious institutions vying for top honours. The two teams from BIT Wardha stood out with their exceptional research presentations.

Team 1, featuring Aditya Sunil Ruikar, Shweta Anil Shewde, and Tanmay Pramod Moharkar, along with Team 2, which included Khushi Gajanan Deulkar, Sanskar Rajdeep Kamble, and Sanskruti Anil Shende, captivated the panel of judges with their insightful and forward-thinking papers. Their work showcased not only technical proficiency but also made significant contributions to the conference’s theme. As a result, both teams were awarded the prestigious ‘Best Paper Award’ and were honoured with a trophy and certificate in recognition of their outstanding achievement.

The success of these teams has brought immense pride to the BIT Wardha community. Chairman of Shiksha Mandal, Shri Sanjay Bhargava, along with the Principal of BIT Wardha, Dr. Narendra Kanhe, and the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, congratulated the students on their remarkable accomplishments.
